At Ice Jewellery we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we understand that you may wish to return items.

Items can be returned direct to Ice Jewellery within 14 working days for exchange or refund. Before returning any goods to Ice Jewellery, customers must first obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number by either emailing details to admin@icejewellery.com or by telephone on 0844 6931181.

Ice Jewellery cannot accept returns of earrings. This is due to hygiene reasons and does not affect your statutory rights.

When returning items to Ice Jewellery, the item(s) must be in its original pristine condition and packaging. The RA number MUST be quoted on all returns along with your original invoice.

Once you have obtained your RA number please return your item to this address. All returns to Ice Jewellery are FREE OF CHARGE when using this address only.
