Agents are just that and have access to catalogues and order forms.  Agents do not have a kit to sell from, just our fabulous catalogues and their very own website*.  

What's the difference between Consultants & Agents?

Agents

• Agents are just that and are supplied with catalogues and order forms but do not have a full product kit.
• Agents can door drop catalogues, place them in businesses and collect orders in a similar way to Avon, Betterware etc. 
• Agents will need to call Head Office on 0844 6931181 to process any customer orders or to re-order stationery. 
• Commission is earned at a flat rate of 25% for all sales. Agents do not qualify for our bonus scheme or hostess commission scheme.
• Agents are provided with their own website but do not feature in our search facility.
• Agents have access to their own 'Agents Area' on our website.

Consultants

• Consultants have a full product kit.
• Consultants have their own website (with an adjustable url) which is featured on the 'Find a Consultant' page of our website.
• Consultants can conduct parties and events across the UK and offer all hostess benefits.
• Consultants are included in our new ‘Points for Prizes’ incentive scheme.  
• Consultants also have full access to our exclusive 'consultants area' on our website with special consultant discount offers, downloads, training material, incentives, updates etc.
• Consultants are able to process orders online. 
• Consultants earn 25% rising to 30% commission depending on their monthly sales figures.
• Consultants can build their own team of consultants/agents and will earn additional commission on those sales.

Having a full product kit to show your customers is more likely to generate higher sales so we would strongly suggest that you upgrade to a consultant as soon as possible to really make your business a success.

There are 2 ways in which you can upgrade to a consultant;

1. Bank your commission.  When you place your orders via Head Office, you will be asked if you wish to ‘Bank’ your commission.  Once you have ‘Banked’ £99 you will be upgraded to a consultant and then sent your kit.
2. Call us anytime during your Agent status, pay your £99 kit fee.   We will upgrade you immediately and send out your kit.
